Is this service free?
Yes. Our service is free. However, you have to check with your carrier if they charge you for receiving/downloading ringtones. We are not responsible for billings/charges made to your cell phone by your cell phone company for downloading ringtones.
How many ringtones can i download from your site?
You may download as many ringtones as you want, however, we request that you wait at least 30 minutes before downloading the next one. If you don't receive the ringtone immediately, it means we are experiencing a server overload. Downloading consecutively just overloads our server even more, which means you might not receive the downloaded ringtones at all. Please help us keep this service free by respecting this, otherwise we will need to add more servers and start charging for this service.
Do you send ads or unsolicited mail to my phone ?
No. Unlike other sites, we do not store your phone numbers nor do we send any type of ads, unsolicited mail or spam to your cell phones. Neither do we sell your phone numbers to marketing companies. Our site relies on our online store for revenue. Our ringtones service is just a value-added service we provide to our customers.
How do I download ringtones to my phone?
1. As of now, only the Nokia 1260, 1261, 2260, 3560, 3660, 5165, 6340i, 6360, 7160 and 8260, 3360, 3320, 5125 and 8265 models support downloadable ringtones.
2. In order to receive ringtones, you must be subscribed to email/SMS services with your carrier.
3. Go to our TDMA ringtones section to browse the available ringtones.
4. If you like to receive a particular ringtone, click on the send button next to it.
5. Enter your 10 digit phone number, select your carrier from the droplist, and click on the send button.
6. Wait a few minutes for the ringtone to arrive.
7. You will get a Ringing Tone Received message on your phone. Select Options. Select playback if you
want to listen to the ringtone before saving. Select Save tone to save without playing back.
Or select Discard tone if you want to delete it.
8. Consult your owner's manual on how to select or activate tones.
I am not on a TDMA network, where can I download ringtones?

I've sent a ringtone to my phone, how come I did not receive it?
Well there may be several factors to it:
1. Your phone does not support downloadable ringtones.
2. You are not subscribed to email/SMS services with your carrier. Contact your carrier on how to apply.
3. You are not on a TDMA cellular network. Contact your carrier and ask them if they are on a TDMA network.
4. You are on a TDMA network, but your carrier does not support short segment messages.
Contact your carrier and inquire.
5. There may be a network delay or lag. This is beyond our control. You can either wait a few minutes longer,
or you may resend the ringtone and wait.
6. Your phone is outside a coverage area, there is no network signal, or are in a dead spot.
Ringtones are sent thru Over-the-air (OTA) transmission and it is important that you have sufficient
signal to receive the ringtone.
7. During peak hours, we often experience server overloads. When this happens, your request is placed in a queue,
and only sends out when the server is not busy.
For better service, we recommend using this service during non-peak hours between 7:00am EST to 12:00pm EST.
I keep getting a "Cannot determine conf location from referer" message, how do i fix this?

How come my carrier isn't listed?
If your phone is either a Nokia 1260, 5165, 6340, 6360, 7160 and 8260, 3360, 3320, 5125 and 8265 and your TDMA carrier is not listed, please inform the . Include the make/model of your phone, cellular company/carrier, and the email address of your phone
(ex. @mobile.mycingular.net). If you are on another carrier such as Verizon or T-Mobile, please go to download ringtones.
How do I download logos/caller group graphics to my phone?
1. As of now, only the Nokia 5120, 5125, 6120 and 8260, 8265, 8860 models support downloadable graphics.
2. In order to receive graphics, you must be subscribed to email/SMS services with your carrier.
3. Go to our Nokia Logos section to browse the available logos/graphics.
4. You cannot download the graphics directly to your phone. To download logos to your hard disk,
right-click on any logo then click on Save Picture/Image As.
5. From your hard disk, you will need to convert the graphics from .gif into .bmp format using MS Paint
or your favorite graphics software.
6. Once you convert the logos into .bmp formats, you will need software such as Mobile Express to send
them to your phone.
7. For other Nokia phone models and other countries, you may download logos .

How do I delete ringtones?
You cannot delete ringtones but you can overwrite or save over them with other ringtones.
